This new collection contains 78 songs; 62 duets and 16 trios for soprano and alto recorders. Sixteen Christmas pieces are included in this 74-page book. Composers such as Bach, Beethoven, Corelli, Handel, Haydn, Mozart, Scarlatti, Schubert, Schumann, Tchaikowsky, and Telemann are represented as well as Early and Renaissance music.

The melodies in Part One use only the nine easiest notes as learned in The Nine-Note Recorder Method. Part Two uses the additional notes learned in Beyond the Nine-Note Recorder Method. The alto line does not follow the presentation of notes so you may need to complete Beyond the Nine-Note Recorder Method: Alto Edition before playing some harmonies..

Include a note specifying which e-book you are ordering. The file will be e-mailed to you. Simply print out the PDF file (with printer set at 600 dpi and scaling set at “none”). Slip music (two pages back-to-back) into plastic sheet protectors and place in a 3-ring binder. Odd numbered pages should be on the right side--even pages on the left. This is particularly important in this volume because some of the music is two pages long. Placing the music correctly avoids any page turns during a piece.
